Commercial Pool Repair
A commercial pool cannot simply close for a week. Once the leak has been located, we plan the repair around the pool’s schedule, price it before any work begins, and document it so whoever approves it (a board, a manager or an owner) has what they need. We repair commercial pools in Wilmington and across coastal North Carolina. Do you manage several pools? See how we work with property managers.
Planned around your pool’s schedule
The repair itself follows the same approach as any other: open the smallest area needed to reach the leak, fix it, and restore the surface. What is different on a commercial pool is everything around the work.
The first question is whether the pool has to close. A fitting at the equipment pad may not require closing the pool at all; a line under the deck means closing that section. We tell you which before the job is scheduled, so the manager can notify residents or guests in advance.
The same crew that located the leak carries out the repair, and the written report covers both: what was tested, what was found, what was opened and what was replaced. That way, the approval and the invoice can be reviewed side by side.
We repair the leak we located. Resurfacing, painting and full renovations are separate services. If a repair is outside what we do, we will tell you.

What the repair depends on
- Where the leak is
- The same kind of leak can be very different to reach at the equipment pad, under the deck or in the shell.
- Whether the pool has to close
- Sometimes only the section being opened has to close. We tell you before scheduling, not on the day of the repair.
- What covers the leak
- Pavers, poured concrete, tile and coping each cost a different amount to open and restore.
- Who approves the work
- The written report is prepared for whoever signs off, whether that is a board, an owner or a management company.
- Restoring the surface
- Restoring the surface is part of the job. We tell you what the finished surface will look like before we start.
Tell us about your pool
Describe what you are seeing, and we will tell you what it may mean and what a visit would involve. If the water level is dropping fast, call us. You will reach a family-owned, owner-led team.
Do you need to close the pool?
It depends on where the leak is. A fitting at the equipment pad may not require closing the pool at all; a line under the deck means closing that section while the deck is open. We tell you which before the repair is scheduled.
Is this the same crew that found the leak?
Yes. Leak detection and repair are handled by the same people, and the written report covers both.
How is it priced?
Once the leak has been located, we quote the specific repair before any work begins. You always have the price first.
