Leak Locators East Coast is an owner-led leak detection company working across Wilmington and coastal North Carolina, from the Brunswick County beaches to Emerald Isle. We do one thing seriously: work out where the water is going, so the repair can be focused and unnecessary work can be avoided.

J.R. Reyes, owner
J.R. Reyes founded Leak Locators East Coast and still runs it. His trade experience goes back to 2006 — 20 years of testing lines, listening to the ground, and learning coastal pools from the inside out.
The company is three working people including the owner. We do not send subcontractors to your house. That matters more than it sounds: the person who finds your leak is accountable for the answer they give you about it.
The owner is licensed and the business is insured. Coastal pools are their own problem — salt air, sand, shifting ground and a season that never really stops — and that is the only kind of pool this company works on.

Detection is non-invasive. Nothing gets opened to find out where the problem is.
