Frequently Asked Questions

What it costs, where we work, how to pay, and what the pool needs to look like before we arrive. If your question is not here, call and ask.

What is the cost?

Pricing depends on the parameters of the specific job. Your location and a detailed description of your pool and problems will help us provide accurate quotes to our services.

What are your service locations?

We work across coastal North Carolina and Florida's Space Coast. In North Carolina that includes Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Leland, Hampstead, Castle Hayne and Jacksonville. In Florida it includes Melbourne, Cocoa and communities throughout Brevard County.

How do I know if I have a leak?

Look for a spike in your water bill; seeing damp areas on concrete slabs; water surfacing on the ground; and/or noticing water levels dropping in pools, spas, or fountains. If you see any of these signs, call Leak Locators East Coast immediately – you are losing money and the damages are a domino effect!

How do I pay?

We accept Cash, Checks, Zelle, Venmo, and all credit cards. Invoices are always provided.

Does my pool need to be clean?

Yes. The pool needs to be full and clean, with little to no algae or debris. If we arrive and the pool has not been properly prepared, you may still be charged for the trip even if we are unable to complete the inspection.

We recommend sending a current photo of the pool while booking so we can confirm it is ready before we make the trip.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Call (919) 633-4975 and describe what the pool is doing, or send us the details through the inspection request form on this site. Either way we will talk through what you are seeing before anyone comes out.
