Still have a question?
Tell us what the pool is doing and we will tell you what it usually means.
What is the cost?
Leak detection starts at $375. Pricing depends on the specifics of the job: your location and a description of your pool and the problem let us give you an accurate quote, and you have the price before any work begins.
If we find the leak and you schedule the repair with us within 48 hours, $200 comes off the repair.
What are your service locations?
We work across coastal North Carolina. That includes Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Leland, Hampstead, Castle Hayne, Jacksonville and the Brunswick County beaches up to Emerald Isle.
How do I know if I have a leak?
Look for a spike in your water bill, damp areas on the pool deck, water surfacing on the ground, or a water level dropping in your pool or spa. If you see any of these signs, call Leak Locators East Coast right away. You are losing money, and the damage only gets worse.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo and all credit cards. Invoices are always provided.
Does my pool need to be clean?
Yes. The pool needs to be full and clean, with little to no algae or debris. If we arrive and the pool has not been properly prepared, you may still be charged for the trip even if we are unable to complete the inspection.
We recommend sending a current photo of the pool while booking so we can confirm it is ready before we make the trip.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call (919) 633-4975 and describe what the pool is doing, or send us the details through the inspection request form on this site. Either way we will talk through what you are seeing before anyone comes out.
Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee may apply for locations 45 minutes or more from Wilmington, North Carolina. The amount varies by location, so please call for pricing.
