How detection works
Our process
We follow a set process instead of guessing. Each step narrows the search until there is one exact place to open.
We confirm the pool is losing water and rule out evaporation. Then we isolate each plumbing line and pressure-test it; a line that will not hold pressure is the one with the problem.
Acoustic listening equipment narrows the leak down to one point along the line, and we mark the surface above it. Nothing is opened to find the leak.
The repair needs only a small opening at the marked point. If you schedule it with us, the same crew that found the leak makes the repair, and your written report covers what was tested, found and fixed.
