Lead Technician
This role is for an experienced technician who can run a leak detection job from the first test to the written report.

- A family-owned, owner-led business. The owner attends every major job.
- Workload
- Around ten jobs a week.
What you’ll do
- Run detection visits
- Pressure-test each line and listen for the leak, so you know where a pool is losing water before anything is opened.
- Explain what you found
- Walk the customer through the results and record them in the written report that follows every detection visit.
- Repair what you find
- The same crew handles detection and repair, so you repair the leaks you locate.
- Lead the job site
- Run each job and train the junior technician on site.
Requirements
What we ask for
- A valid driver’s license.
- Your own reliable transportation.
- At least four years of related experience in plumbing or pool work.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Must be 20 or older.
Training is provided in person, with written documentation.
